Systems Operations Analyst, Marketing and Sales

Open Up Resources is a nonprofit organization increasing equity in education by incubating and disseminating the highest quality curriculum coupled with implementation support to the broadest number of teachers to empower them to effectively and sustainably improve student outcomes in pre-K-12 English Language Arts and Mathematics.

The Role
The Systems Operations Analyst , works within Operations to support our Marketing efforts. This role leads the integration of our marketing automation system and CRM, executing and reporting on segmentation strategies and actively managing the quality of Open Up Resources’ leads database. The Systems Operations Analyst reports to the Operations Systems and Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Sales Operations

Leads the integration of our marketing and sales operations platforms (Hubspot and Salesforce)
Ensures our leads database is carefully de-duplicated according to logic established in coordination with our Salesforce Administrator
With consultation from our Salesforce Administrator, leads the establishment of syncing logic and executes on this strategy
Actively manages the quality and integrity of the Open Up Resources leads database from inbound and enrichment sources
Looks for data cleanliness issues (duplication and gaps) and leads team in resolving them
Works across teams to expand our leads as we expand our footprint
Leads integration data enrichment where appropriate
Executes on all segmentation strategies necessary to achieve marketing campaign objectives
Pulls data from both leads and customer databases based on personas, roles, purchase history and other segmentation directives
Carefully analyzes and ensures the validity of all reporting to support marketing needs
Serves as the internal Hubspot expert across all departments
Provides weekly reporting and technical support and training for members of the Field Team
Provides proactive analytics support to inform and support Sales targeting activities
Serves as ‘air traffic control’ for all leads distribution and assignment based on regional and other account ownership details
Systems Development and Reporting

Maintains a holistic view of the organization’s activities and focus areas to optimize operational support
Defines and documents standard operating procedures for projects sponsored by Operations leadership and departments impacted by operations processes
Collaborates with the Salesforce Administrator and Data and Reporting Manager to help optimize the user experience for marketing, field, and other departments as needed
Job Qualifications

Experience within the K-12 education market is preferred
Expertise leading Hubspot integration with the Salesforce CRM platform
4+ years hands-on experience in data analytics
Comfort working with large data sets across multiple platforms
4+ years hands-on experience executing on marketing strategy and marketing automation, ideally within the Hubspot platform.
Deep experience with lead conversion through all marketing and sales stages
2+ years hand-on experience with Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards
Experience with CPQ Salesforce extension preferred
Advanced experience in Excel, including experience building Pivot Tables and formulas to help teams understand data.
Proficient skills using the Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize appropriately in a fast paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn about company products and policies to better assist customers.
Flexibility in adapting to the needs of a growing organization.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
