Almost Fun provides college entrance exam preparation through the lens of these diverse professionals. We want students to see how Celeste Ng uses effective language to share the stories of Asian American families and how Dolester Miles uses precise ratios of seemingly unrelated ingredients to create Southern-inspired pastries and how Alfred Molina uses geometric concepts to create the magical world of Coco. We will create day in the life content that allows students to jump between short video clips of these inspirational individuals and interactive questions that represent both real problems they face and the concepts students need to learn. This will all be accessed via a mobile app that creates new interaction models for students to engage.
