The right to property – land and resources – is the foundation for economic security and certainty for individuals and their local communities. It is something citizens in the developed world often take for granted – but for many in emerging economies, that right is only a dream. Incorporated as a non-profit, federally-recognized 501(c)(3) organization, Cadasta Foundation exists to transform that dream into reality through technology and partnerships that enable property rights to be documented and administered by the individuals and communities that own them, in concert with government land agencies where possible.
