We help teens phasing out of foster care and homeless youth with our Young Adult Support Portal. Our portal helps young people find, filter, and directly apply to programs designed to elevate them from potential homelessness.
These programs include: shelters, mental wellness services, food resources, academic support, and job opportunities and more.
Our team also works with young people in need through events and on social media to recommend resources, host fundraisers, and raise awareness.
