Code the Dream serves diverse low-income students with an innovative win-win model. Students start by receiving free intensive hands-on software development training, with individual mentorship from experienced developers and a strong community of support. From the classroom, students then move onto CTD Labs, where they gain hands-on experience developing real web and mobile apps for a wide range of nonprofits, local and state governments and diverse entrepreneurs. 80% of CTD Labs participants go on to a career in tech.
