Coworker.org began as an experimental nonprofit platform for people seeking to make improvements at their workplace by connecting with fellow employees. As modern companies increasingly manage complex systems of production, distribution, and profit through cloud-based platforms, Coworker.org aims to help people navigate and improve this decentralized economy. Through open access to information, strategic support from experienced staff, and facilitating connections to global peer networks, we enable people to initiate change in their workplaces. Since 2013, we've grown to a community of over 300,000 subscribers with independent, employee-led networks at companies like Starbucks, Uber, Netflix, Darden Restaurants, and others.
