We look for systems change opportunities where open technology can deliver massive social returns on resources invested. Our most important efforts:

Anti-Consulting: We talk organizations out of bad ideas, whether it’s an expensive app nobody will use, or a magical blockchain solution.

Systems Change Tech: We imagine, design, and implement field-level technology roadmaps, convening key players and facilitating collaboration between the community being served, tech companies, funders, and policy makers, creating lasting technology social enterprises that deliver impact for at least a decade.

Building on Jim Fruchterman’s 30+ years building tech social enterprises, we are building two major enterprise platforms for the child helpline movement and the climate/sustainability fields.
