We The Action is a free online platform that makes it easy for lawyers to find and volunteer for critical, impactful—and often urgent—legal needs posted by We The Action’s nonprofit partners (e.g., ACLU, Leadership Conference for Civil and Human Rights, Justice For Military Families, and American Immigration Lawyers Association). We The Action volunteer lawyers have done thousands of hours of free legal work and volunteering/advocacy in voting rights, civil rights and equity, immigration, government oversight, and much more. Since 2017, 8,000+ lawyers have joined the We The Action community to provide $6.6M+ in volunteer legal help to our 170+ nonprofit partners. Through We The Action, lawyers volunteer with leading nonprofits to use their time and talent for good, one project at a time.
