Paul Duan is a French social entrepreneur and data scientist who founded Bayes Impact, an international tech nonprofit that uses artificial intelligence and big data to address major social challenges. Bayes Impact powers agents that serve millions of beneficiaries through public services.

Alexis de Pampelonne is a board member and Head of Communications at Pyronear, a French nonprofit whose open-source AI detects wildfires from 80 camera stations across five countries, alerting fire services up to two hours faster than bystander calls. He also leads product and communications at Scientific Climate Ratings, Europe's first climate risk rating agency.

Ben Metz, a psychologist and entrepreneur, is the Executive Director of the Chancery Lane Project, a UK charity that helps organizations use contracts and legal processes to create a green, fair, and inclusive economy through high-quality, free legal resources. Much of Ben’s career has focused on supporting and capacity building charities and social enterprises focused on Europe and the UK, India and Africa, around the themes of climate and the environment, waste management and poverty alleviation.

Mariagrazia is Chief Researcher and Analyst of UNESCO's Sciences Sector, helping translate anticipatory analysis into guidance for programme prioritisation and strategic positioning. She previously headed the Executive Office of the Social and Human Sciences Sector, overseeing policy work on AI ethics, youth, sport and antidoping, inclusion, antiracism, and gender. Dr. Squicciarini spent over a decade as Senior Economist and Head of Unit at the OECD. She holds an Economics Ph.D. from the University of Essex.

Dr. Rachel Adams is the CEO and Founder of the Global Center on AI Governance (GCG); the Executive Director and Research Professor at the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence (CFI), University of Cambridge; and an Honorary Research Fellow at The Ethics Lab, Department of Medicine. Rachel is an internationally recognised expert on AI governance, global inequality, and the political economy of emerging technologies – with a particular focus on how AI is reshaping power relations between states, corporations, and communities in the Global South.

Connor Maxwell is the Program Manager for Economic Mobility at Anthropic, where he builds partnerships with mission-driven organizations using AI to expand economic opportunity for low-income families. Prior to joining Anthropic, he worked as a Program Officer for Economic Mobility & Opportunity at the Gates Foundation. He previously served in economic policy roles at the White House and the Center for American Progress.

Alexander J. Díaz leads the Applications of Science team at Google.org, the philanthropic arm of Google. In this capacity, he directs philanthropic initiatives that empower academic institutions and non-profit organizations to catalyze the application of cutting-edge science to address critical societal challenges. By providing funding, technical resources, and expertise, his team helps advance high-impact, society-focused AI innovations from early-stage development to global implementation.

Andrew Dunckelman is currently the Deputy Director of Philanthropic Systems and Core Services at the Gates Foundation, where he leads the Foundation’s efforts to strengthen the charitable sector. He previously spent nine years at Google.org, serving on its senior leadership team, and leading efforts focused on economic opportunity, impact measurement, and deploying AI for social good.

Andrew began his career at The Bridgespan Group. Originally from south Louisiana, he received a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University; an MPA in nonprofit management from Indiana University; and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard. He serves as a board member of Charity Navigator.
