Ersilia is a nonprofit that aims to provide the community with a set of computational tools related to global health drug discovery. Our goal is to lower the barrier to the development of new medicines by setting up an environment for open-source drug discovery. In Ersilia, we build and deploy thousands of predictive models related to target profiling, drug repurposing and safety, with a special emphasis on neglected tropical diseases.
