Million Sparks Foundation is a non profit set up in India with a mission to impact student learning outcomes through developing teacher quality. We offer “ChalkLit”, a mobile platform to state education departments, and school bodies to run online capacity building programs at scale for the continuous professional development of teachers and school leaders/administrators for schools serving low income families. Teachers are provided curriculum aligned enhanced lesson planning resources, and official state certified trainings on both academic and extra academic topics. ChalkLit also enables a personalized peer to peer microlearning social network for teachers focused on education.
