Open Media Foundation provides media and technology services, training and tools to nonprofits, governments and individuals. OMF's most recent initiative and primary focus is the Open Media Project, SaaS designed to modernize state and local governments by livestreaming and archiving video of government proceedings, simplifying access to local and state government assemblies for journalists, advocacy organizations, and concerned citizens. Our toolkit includes live-streaming, agenda/journal integration, embeddable excerpts, automated transcriptions, and searchable archives.  OMF streams and archives all meetings of the Colorado House and Senate, Supreme Court, and a dozen county and municipal government across Colorado, launching this service nation-wide in 2017.
