Founded in 1998 by the creators of the Academy Award®-winning short film TREVOR, The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25. We offer young people the ability to contact us 24/7 via call, text, or chat to connect with a trained counselor. We also operate across three additional verticals to serve as a leading voice in LGBTQ youth and mental health: education, advocacy, and research.
