Research shows that incarcerated individuals who participate in correctional education programs are 43 percent less likely to return to prison than those who did not enroll; yet, 77% of people in prison do not have access to training programs. Current solutions offer limited and inconsistent content, consider the efficacy of programming secondary to profit; and often substitute, rather than complement in-person programs. Our learning platform, UnlockEd, provides comprehensive course management and content access tools to support evidenced based programs, whether self-guided, remote, or in-person, from literacy to university.
